New MICHELIN Guide for the American Southwest
The MICHELIN Guide has announced it is expanding into the American Southwest for the first time, with a new regional guide covering Utah and its partners Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. The MICHELIN Guide’s anonymous Inspectors are already in the region and scouting for culinary talent throughout Utah. The full restaurant selection will be revealed during the annual 2026 MICHELIN Guide Southwest ceremony to be held later this year. This allows Canadians ample time to make future dining reservations within celebrated metropolitan hubs like Salt Lake City and Park City, to distinctive communities across the state like Kanab and Torrey.
