June 17, 2026 – Three Canadian travel advisors, who were winners in the Sell Your Way to the USA incentive campaign, have just returned from a prize FAM trip to Utah from June 3-9, 2026, hosted by the Utah Office of Tourism and its partners.

The FAM participants included: Kristina Ziegler, Stonetown Travel, Baden, ON; Brett Tabor, Revolution Travel, Charlottetown, PE; and Vanessa Barone, Sportscorp Travel, Bolton, ON. Joining the trip was Michele Yeo of PAX News, who experienced the itinerary alongside the winners to gain first-hand insight into the Sell Your Way to the USA program and the experiences earned by top-performing travel advisors.

"Canada continues to be one of Utah's most important international markets," says Tera Atwood, Global Markets Manager, Utah Office of Tourism. Known for its Mighty 5® national parks in the south and The Greatest Snow on Earth® in the north, Utah showcases Life Elevated® through a diverse range of outdoor adventures, wellness experiences and scenic landscapes. This year's FAM focused on Northern Utah, highlighting Heber Valley, Vernal and Salt Lake City.

The adventure began in the Heber Valley, where participants experienced a blend of relaxation and outdoor recreation. Highlights included a stay at Homestead Resort, a swim in the geothermal waters of the Utah Crater, a hike to Memorial Hill and a visit to the charming Swiss-inspired town of Midway. The group also enjoyed a farm tour and lunch at Heber Valley Milk & Artisan Cheese, offering a taste of the region's thriving agricultural heritage.

From there, the FAM travelled east to Vernal, gateway to Dinosaur National Monument and one of Utah's most unexpected outdoor adventure destinations. The group explored the world-famous Quarry Exhibit Hall, where hundreds of dinosaur fossils remain embedded in the cliff face, before experiencing the area's spectacular landscapes through a Green River rafting excursion, a visit to the otherworldly rock formations of Fantasy Canyon and an exhilarating Ashley Gorge Via Ferrata adventure.

The final portion of the itinerary showcased Salt Lake City and its surrounding natural attractions. Experiences included forest bathing at Red Butte Garden, exploring Temple Square and This Is The Place Heritage Park, dining at some of the city's renowned local restaurants and taking a sunset boat tour on the Great Salt Lake, offering a memorable perspective on one of Utah's most iconic natural wonders.

Throughout the journey, the advisors experienced the diversity of Northern Utah, from wellness and agritourism experiences to outdoor adventure, history and culture, gaining a deeper understanding of the destination's appeal beyond its famous national parks and ski resorts.

The Sell Your Way to the USA winners returned to Canada inspired by Utah's unique combination of adventure, natural beauty and authentic local experiences, and better equipped to promote Life Elevated® to Canadian travellers.
