COMPLETE TWO SIMPLE STEPS:

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Nevada Specialist Challenge is promoted and administered by Travel Nevada and Canuckiwi.
Only agents who have successfully completed all campaign requirements, as outlined in these Terms & Conditions, are eligible to participate. The campaign is open to accredited Canadian retail travel consultants aged 21 years or over who are employed full-time at the time of entry and at the time of travel. To be eligible for consideration, participants must successfully complete the Travel Nevada Specialist Program and become a Reno Tahoe Certified Travel Advisor through the Reno Tahoe website between August 6 and September 30 2026.
Participants who completed the Travel Nevada Specialist Program prior to August 6, 2026 may apply to become a hosted itinerary leader by completing the Reno Tahoe Certified Travel Advisor course and submitting the official host application form, including all mandatory questions, by September 30, 2026. Travel Nevada and Canuckiwi reserve the right to verify participant eligibility, training completion and host application requirements before awarding any prize.
A total of eight places are available across six self-drive Nevada FAM itineraries. These eight places include both successful prize recipients and selected itinerary hosts. As this is a self-drive FAM, participants must hold a current driver licence that allows them to drive in the United States and meet all requirements of the rental vehicle provider. Participants must also be comfortable driving in the United States and understand that road and weather conditions may vary. Completion of the required training or submission of a host application does not guarantee selection. Host applications will be assessed by Travel Nevada and Canuckiwi based on the quality and suitability of the responses provided. Successful participants and selected hosts will be notified by October 15, 2026. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and travel must be undertaken on the dates determined by Travel Nevada during November and December 2026.
The hosted FAM includes return economy-class airfare from a designated major Canadian gateway airport, accommodation, group sightseeing and experiences, and most meals as specified in the final itinerary. Travel Nevada and Canuckiwi will determine the applicable Canadian departure gateway and arrange the airfare at their discretion. Participants are responsible for making their own way to and from the designated Canadian gateway airport unless otherwise advised. Any additional domestic flights, accommodation, transfers or expenses required to reach the designated gateway airport are the responsibility of the participant. Meals not included in the itinerary, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses, travel insurance, passports, visas, ESTA applications and any other required travel documentation are the responsibility of the participant.
By accepting a place on the FAM, participants agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the program, including photography, video, social media content, testimonials and post-FAM feedback requested by Travel Nevada or Canuckiwi.Travel Nevada and Canuckiwi reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, or substitute any component of the prize, if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary. Their decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final.
