Campaign: Two of a Kind Integrated Consumer Promotion
Target Audience: Australian adventure travellers
Two of a Kind was a creative, collaborative consumer promotion delivered by Visit Utah and Travel Nevada in partnership with Intrepid Travel and Ski Max, with additional support from leading action lifestyle brand Quiksilver. The objective was to drive awareness and inspire Australian adventure travellers to explore the diversity of experiences available across both states.

IDEA
The campaign was designed to position Utah and Nevada as complementary destinations—two states, two distinct experiences—while highlighting the region’s breathtaking landscapes, outdoor adventures, and four-season appeal.
By leveraging the combined reach of destination, travel, and lifestyle partners, the campaign engaged adventure-focused consumers and encouraged deeper exploration of both states through increased visitation to destination websites and digital platforms.
The promotion was led by Essentially America and anchored by a high-impact national advertorial in the May 2016 edition of The Australian newspaper. This was supported by a comprehensive mix of social media, direct marketing, and digital activity, all driving awareness and entries into the major consumer competition.
