Nevada Features on Hello World TV Series

Campaign: Hello World Television Series – Season 2

Canuckiwi partnered with Travel Nevada and Helloworld Travel to showcase Nevada on Season 2 of the Hello World television series. The campaign aimed to inspire and educate Australian travellers about Nevada’s unique experiences, including Las Vegas highlights and a road-tripping itinerary along the iconic Loneliest Road.

IDEA

Two dedicated segments were produced to promote Nevada:


  • Las Vegas Highlights: Showcasing the city’s entertainment, dining, and cultural offerings

  • Loneliest Road Road Trip: Highlighting scenic drives, off-the-beaten-path experiences, and local attractions


The campaign integrated social media, digital marketing, and agent support to maximise reach and drive bookings. Helloworld Travel’s existing networks—including social channels, email marketing, in-store displays, and agent portals—were leveraged to ensure a blend of inspirational storytelling and tactical travel offers.

RESULTS

Negotiated and delivered exposure for Travel Nevada included:

  • Two 4.5-minute segments on Hello World TV, with an average reach of 589,948 per show

  • Display of Travel Nevada holiday deals on segment end screens

  • Promotion of land and air deals via Helloworld Trade and Retail channels

  • Email marketing: 380,000 customers reached per send via Helloworld Travel eDMs

  • Website promotion on Helloworld.com.au (140,000 unique visitors per month)

  • Organic social posting across Helloworld Travel social media channels (177,000 Facebook followers)

  • Promotion via Helloworld Travel agent portal (65,000 page views per month)

  • Digital posters on in-store screens throughout the campaign period

  • Local Area Marketing resources available for agents to download and use


The campaign successfully increased awareness of Nevada, engaged both consumers and travel agents, and drove consideration and bookings for Travel Nevada products.
