Canuckiwi was engaged to manage a co-operative marketing process for Discover New England, with the objective of identifying the most effective media, wholesale, and tour operator partnerships aligned to the destination’s strategic priorities.

Tender & Partner Selection

IDEA

Canuckiwi conducted a comprehensive tender analysis, gathering and evaluating proposals from a wide range of media, wholesale, and tour operator partners in response to Discover New England’s brief.


Given the structure of Discover New England—representing six individual states—each tender response included a per-state buy-in model, allowing flexibility and ensuring fair consideration across all participating states.


Following detailed analysis, Canuckiwi delivered a clear, comparative synopsis of all submissions, along with strategic recommendations outlining the strongest cooperative opportunities based on reach, value, and alignment with Discover New England’s objectives.


For the 2016–17 calendar year, Discover New England selected the following cooperative partners to move forward with:

  • House of Travel

  • Let’s Travel Programs

RESULTS

  • Delivered a structured, transparent tender evaluation process
